Cloth Diaper Covers

I met another mom at the park today and she showed me the most AWESOME cloth diaper covers that she uses on her baby.

She changed her baby’s diaper while we were talking so I got to see just how functional they are.

The part I liked best is that you don't even have to pin the diaper on before you put these diaper covers on. You simply lay the cloth diaper in the diaper cover like so

Then you just put the diaper cover on like a normal disposable diaper. Talk about AWESOME!!!

I must say that I am in love with them!!! They were every bit as functional as a disposable diaper, but end up being MUCH cheaper in the long run.

She said she has tried different kinds of cloth diaper covers, but prefers these because you can make them small when your baby is young and then unsnap them to become bigger as your baby grows.
She also recommended getting the Velcro kind rather than the kind that snap around the waist. (But hand wash them so the Velcro stays strong longer)

So if you want to do the cloth diaper thing, this is the way to go. Plastic pants work great, but seeing how functional and well fitting these cloth diaper covers are, I will be switching over to these cloth diaper covers for sure!!

I have been considering cloth diapers for when I have another baby, so I will definitely check this out. Any cloth diaper advice will definitely be needed! (And I know you've mentioned other things about them on this blog, which I appreciate!)

I can't believe you didn't know about there. I've know about them for years and I don't even cloth diaper. Mom and Pop shop have a good variety I think.

Someone had told me about the ones at mom and pop a while ago, but
I checked them out and they were not as good a quality as these ones are. (and they cost more.....)
So I figured I would just stick with plastic pants.
These Greenmountain ones are seriously the best ones I have ever seen!
