I traced their bodies last week and had them fill in all of the main bone structures. That was lots of fun.
With all of the stores getting ready for Halloween, I decided to take advantage of the skeleton decorations.
The kids helped me label all of the main bones in the body and we had a great time doing it.
I got this little guy at the dollar store, so make sure you don’t spend more than you need to. This one was great for us!!
So if you want a fun way to teach your children about the bones of the body, here is an idea for you.
I know my kids had a blast with this project.

That's a great idea!
We were learning about the circulatory system with my kids this week and giving the body cut-outs veins and arteries by glueing on red and blue thread. The girls loved it but the boys became impatient with the glueing so they just colored them in. Both types look great.
