Mommy time

Problem 1.) With four kids, its really hard to have one-on-one mommy time.

Problem 2.) I am having a hard time with the kids not listening to me when I ask them to do something, the FIRST time I ask.

Solution:
I have a chart for each kid. When they do something I ask, THE FIRST TIME I ASK, they get a sticker on their chart.
At the end of the day, whoever has the most stickers gets to stay up with mommy a half hour later then the other kids.

I have only been doing this for about 2 weeks now, but it has been working GREAT!!! I have seen the kids listening to me more, and I REALLY like the one-on-one time with each of them at night.
